Bio Molecules in Foods:

The food I tested was ground beef, which contains proteins, fats, oils, and it had no starches and sugars.
In the potato there was only starches and proteins. There wasn't any simple sugars, oils, and fats.

Analysis:
Most foods with proteins have at least 2 or more other component.
Most meats are always high in proteins fat and sometimes sugar, vegetables contain mostly everything except proteins.
I expected most of all meats to have little to no starch , but it turns out that some are very potent in starches.
Sugar is the thing missing in some foods because all foods have a source of glucose , which is sugar.
