DNA Lab Homework Questions

Did everyone in your group have about the same extraction results?
Why is this the case? How is the amount of DNA that you extracted affected by your day to day activities?

No not everyone in our group had the same extraction results, because some of our group members might have poured the alcohol in too fast or if they didn’t scrape or swish the gator in their moth well enough. The amount of DNA that could extract your day to day activities could be if you have braces or what you had to eat before, and if your chewing gum.
